The Restorer

The Reproducer, The One who brings back the creatures after death.

Allah is Al-Mu’id, The One who (on the day of resurrection) will recreate us back to life to be confronted with our actions on this earth.

Mentions From The Quran & Hadith

From the root ‘-w-d which has the following classical Arabic connotations: to return to something to repeat, reproduce, to come back to restore, to renew.

Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats. (Quran 85:13)

Allah begins creation; then He will repeat it; then to Him you will be returned. (Quran 30:11)

“Verily, Allah has one hundred portions of mercy. From one portion the creation has been given mercy by virtue of which there is mutual love between the people and ninety nine portions are reserved for the Day of Resurrection.”
